Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of kashtree.tech, the Kashtree app and related services offered by Versatil Financial LLC, doing business as Versatile Readiness (“Kashtree,” “we,” “us”). By using the website or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms.

1. What Kashtree is

Kashtree is estimating, invoicing and back-office operations software for service businesses. It includes proposals and quotes, job files, invoices, a document library, Cash Pulse and a billing assistant that prepares information and drafts for your review.

2. What Kashtree is not

Kashtree and Versatile Readiness are not a collection agency, do not provide legal advice on judicial or out-of-court collections, and do not represent you before your customers or debtors. We also do not provide legal, tax or investment advice. Your customers' payments go directly to your business through the methods you choose.

3. Your responsibilities

• Check amounts, recipients and attachments before sending any document or message.
• Confirm the payments you receive and record business changes.
• Have permission to contact your customers through the channels you use and follow the laws that apply to your communications.
• Keep your login confidential and the information you upload accurate.

4. AI assistant

The assistant's suggestions and drafts may contain mistakes. They are a help, not a decision: no message goes out and no payment is confirmed without your approval. Cash Pulse projections are based on the dates and information recorded and change when that information changes.

5. Plans, pricing and payments

• Prices are published in the pricing section and may change; during the pilot the app has a special price, and we will notify you before any change.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, with your express acceptance.
• You can cancel before your next renewal and keep access until the end of the paid period.
• One-time services (such as Guided Setup) are delivered according to the agreed scope. Additional volume requires a prior quote.
• Third-party licenses (such as QuickBooks) and payment processing fees are not included and are disclosed before you sign up.

6. Professional services

Bookkeeping, Business in Order and the BRAIN™ Stability Scan are delivered according to their published or quoted scope. The BRAIN™ Stability Scan is an educational assessment: decisions about financing or bonding belong to each institution. Taxes, historical cleanup and complex cases require a quote and the appropriate professional.

7. Your information

Your business information belongs to you. You allow us to host and process it only to provide the service. Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use Kashtree to send abusive messages, threats or unauthorized communications, for illegal activity, or to try to access other businesses' information.

9. Availability and changes

Kashtree is in a pilot stage. Some features may change, be in development or be available only for compatible accounts. We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or business decisions made based on information in the service.

11. Termination

You can cancel at any time under section 5. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. For customers in Colombia, local rules that cannot be waived by contract will be respected.
