This policy explains what information we collect on kashtree.tech and in the Kashtree app, how we use it and the choices you have. Kashtree.ai is a solution by Versatile Readiness, the trade name of Versatil Financial LLC, based in Miami, Florida (“Kashtree,” “we,” “us”).

1. Information we collect

• Information you give us on the website: name, business name, email, WhatsApp or phone number, type of business, and anything you share when booking a session.
• Your business data inside the app: customers, proposals, quotes, jobs, documents, photos, invoices, payments you confirm and activity history.
• Website usage data: pages visited, device, browser, traffic source and events (such as use of the demo), through cookies if you accept them.
• Communications: messages you exchange with us by WhatsApp, phone or email.

2. How we use it

• To answer your requests and schedule your Flow Map session.
• To provide the app and any services you purchase (Guided Setup, Business in Order, Bookkeeping or BRAIN™).
• To give you support, send account information and, if you agree, product updates.
• To measure and improve the website, and to show relevant ads if you accept marketing cookies.
• To comply with the law and protect the security of the service.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Cookies and advertising

On this public website we use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) and, only if you accept them, marketing and remarketing cookies (for example, the Meta pixel) to show you Kashtree ads on other platforms. We do not use marketing cookies inside the app. You can change your choice at any time from “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of every page or by clearing your browser cookies.

4. Artificial intelligence

Kashtree's billing assistant uses artificial intelligence to prepare information and drafts for your review. It does not send messages or confirm payments on its own: you review and approve every communication. Your bank details are never sent to AI models.

5. Who we share information with

• Service providers that help us operate: website and app hosting, database, email and CRM, messaging (such as WhatsApp Business), analytics and advertising (Google and Meta), payment processors and AI providers. They receive only what they need to provide their service.
• Partners (for example, accountants, lenders or bonding agents): only with your prior permission and for the purpose you specify.
• Integrations you connect, such as QuickBooks, according to the permissions you grant.
• Authorities, when required by law.

6. WhatsApp messages, calls and email

If you leave us your number or email and give your permission, we may contact you about your request. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying “STOP” or writing to [email protected]. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

7. How long we keep it

We keep information while you have an account or relationship with us, and afterwards for as long as needed to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Inside the app, the activity history is not erased: canceled records are voided with a reason to keep your business's audit trail. Before you sign up, we agree with you on data export and retention.

8. Security

Each business can only access its own portal, and its information is kept separate from other businesses. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system is 100% secure.

9. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or export your information, request its deletion where the law allows, and withdraw your marketing consent. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.

10. Minors

Kashtree is meant for businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

11. Colombia

If you are a customer in Colombia, we handle your data in accordance with applicable local data protection rules, and you can exercise your rights by writing to [email protected].

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page with its effective date and, if the changes are significant, we will let you know.
